Built a first-class Agile engineering and infrastructure team. Created multiple online digital financial products. Developed and executed a 5-year technology roadmap that included large revenue growth with cost and risk reductions.

Leading and executing a new market strategy around APIs this is a new revenue model with major growth.
Implemented over 100 security enhancements e.g., app vulnerabilities, firewalls, MFA, cryptography, encryption, etc.
Recruited and hired over 50 talented IT professionals and built an agile development team.
