Built a first-class Agile engineering and infrastructure team.  Created multiple online digital financial products.  Developed and executed a 5-year technology roadmap that included large revenue growth with cost and risk reductions.

  • Leading and executing a new market strategy around APIs this is a new revenue model with major growth.

  • Implemented over 100 security enhancements e.g., app vulnerabilities, firewalls, MFA, cryptography, encryption, etc.

  • Recruited and hired over 50 talented IT professionals and built an agile development team.

  • Re-organized multiple redundant technology teams to provide optimal product and operational delivery.

  • Led and completed two fintech Mergers and acquisitions with risk assessments, migrations, and integrations.

  • Removed the compliance burden around PCI and HIPPA with the implementation of proxy tokenization. Creating a product out this for our customers to also remove their compliance burden.

  • Performance improvements of over 50% for online payment processing.

  • Rescued & completed a data center migration to a co-location; 500 servers 150 network devices over 30 connections.
